Daryl provided me with exceptional and timely advice regarding each stage of the sale, including preparing the property. As I was interstate, he communicated very helpfully - both on the phone and with regular email updates and consulted me appropriately. In addition, he went out of his way to make the practical side of selling work well, including meeting with the stylist and being available to meet me when I was able to visit in person.
