We appointed Tony as our agent to sell a deceased estate. The property was run down and the gardens overgrown but Tony coordinated the extensive works needed to bring the property up to scratch and communicated with us frequently and regularly as to progress. He then handled the marketing program and sale negotiations with the same degree of diligence, skill and honest appraisal of the way things were proceeding.

Ultimately the property sold for several hundred thousand dollars more than initial estimates given to us. Without Tony Walker's assistance we would not have achieved the result which we did.
